- Form 1095-C is not automatically mailed to every employee. Employees may request a copy of their Form 1095-C via email or written mail.

2026-2027 School Budget
The 2026-2027 school budget is in development. Eligible residents will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed budget on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

This form should be used to be reimbursed for purchases made by you for the school, or reimbursable items per contract. Supporting documentation (receipts) must be attached to all claim forms.
